There You Go
If I could go back
Erase time
I wipe the tears that stain my very face
I have a hard time to stop and try to replace
The memory remains
The pain stands still
Letting go seems impossible
When you seem to be the only one who really knows
The truth inside the walls that surround me
My mind whirls around like a hurricane caught in the storm of the eye of a hurricane
I take flight
When will I reach the ground
I long to find a new path from here
I search to find that I am going no where
I find empty thoughts filling me with the reality you will never come back near
Am I use to the hurt
Do I enjoy it
I really lay back and wonder how to move the pieces
That will let me release you from my heart
When the story never seems to end
Time moves and the journey goes on
Even when your far from the place I wander at
I look to find new meaning
What is the point
I try to be able to make a change
And come to the point I lost you a long time ago
