There Were Many Shipwrecks Here.

On a robust breeze, the sunset flares
through the ripe peach filtered clouds.

As they extend garish golden glaze
past bleached sands, salted corpses.

Cold crying of sailors washed clean
slipping off the clambering crabs.

Hi Gerard, Very well done. Great images. Great creation. A very well crafted concise piece of work. Perfect language usage. It also has nicely conceived conceptual elements going on. It is a gem of a poem. Keep up the good work. Have a great day. Earl
