There Was a Deep Anguish I Was Born With

There was a deep anguish I was born with, or was it a gift?...
I cannot remember.
But I do know it is something that had always shared a room with me.
It is something that I share a room with myself 
and myself alone.
And perhaps it is something I will always carry
