There Once Was a Word

There once was a word,
At least once I heard,
In Unity,
Letter by Letter.

It was kept as a gift,
By the swift to accept,
Yet Left in a box,
Altogether.

Then O and P,
and P-O-R-T,
Left "UNITY"
...Forsaken.

Thus this word was a Token,
Which left the box empty as it,
For it,
Wasn't Taken.
