There Is No Warmth in Your Soul

You always feel the cold:
There is no warmth in your soul.
Your heart hurts not otherwise
Because in it there is so much ice.
I looked for in your eyes some light,
But I found only emptiness inside.
I gave you all the warmth of my soul,
But I could warm you not at all.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Have a blessed New Year.

Thank you for your comment! I guess this anomaly has been and, unfortunately, is going to be at any times…
