There Is An Apricity To a Winter's Day

there is an apricity to a Winter's day
a warmth the sun freely gives
when the horizon breathes only in blue
as with music we love
it is never dated
as the sun bears down
all that lies in the joy of the season
glistens as a diamond upon Earth's crown
in this majesty we are free
the long-awaited miracle that resides
in the apricity in a Winter's day
