There Is a Reason For Tears

There is a reason for tears
To cleanse our sadness and fears
Strength will follow like thunder
So, our soul will not sunder
Falling light or heavy, either way
Tears heal our pain and dismay
Let them fall, if they may be,
Waiting for release so you can be free
Tears shed when walking life’s miles
Will turn into an abundance of smiles
