There Is

There is no sweeter sound Than all the birds that are on the ground In their little voices singing Praises to our God are ringing There is no sweeter sight Than the dawn’s brand new light Shining softly through the trees Can you hear God’s voice in the breeze? There’s no sweeter smell of feel Than to know that God is so real There is no sweeter God Who is with you every step you trod There is no greater love Than the one God sent from above If you will keep God by your side, He’ll be with you and be your guide.

Three most important tings I use is Persons name or nick name, Time of day they passed away, i. e. Morning, evening, Night, and date. The rest about how is up to you if you want to share. If this his sounds like something you would like, I would do that for you. Thanks again, I see that your husband posted some more work. I have a tribute to write right quick and then I'll rush over there and comment. GBY...Raul

I have written a few other poems for a Lady named Robin L. Gass. She also lost a son. The poems are titled Aaron, In Your Heart, and Heaven's Invitation. I also have a few others you might want to read titled Handprints in your Heart, I'm with our Redeemer, When I'm Grown, A Man Named Jesus, Heaven's Rays, and Going home. Those are a few of my funeral style poems that I do. If you allow me the opportunity I will tribute you loss as well. IF you can, Soup Mail me some info ~Continue~

Brandlynn thanks for your loving comments. Your husbands songs are incredible. I enjoy reading them. To answer your question, I don't know Nathan, I was inspired to write that poem for them from a poem Michael Torres wrote. I write tribute poetry here and I write funeral poems full time. I try not to bring my work to the soup, but when I hear stories I jump back into routine and do what I know best and that is to reassure people that their loved ones are in a better place. ~Continue~
