Listen to poem:
In the pursuit of shadows
I found myself lost in darkness,
then you came along
shining your light so I could see
Ensnared in a cobweb of despair....
The more I tried to break free;
the more entangled I became,
then you came along
and helped pry me loose
My heart, adrift, floated waywardly
from sea to sea in search of a safe harbor,
then you came along
and made it a home in yours
My faith, at the mercy of the wind;
a leaf blown every which way,
then you came along
and anchored it to the ground
