Their Mentor

At the start, you plant a seed
then you have to prepare
to give them food and water
and a lot of love and care

As they grow, and except who they are
you must show, that you can be fare
as you know, how far to set the bar
you must flow, to find their gear

Give praise, for doing well
for those in the groove
Give advice, when things don’t jell
because your there, to help them soothe

Be meaningful, for them to excel
because they do want, to improve
Encourage them to ring, their own bell
and be helpful, for those on the move

For the commitment to manage
you have to believe in their deed
and give them the wright language
so, they feel someone of need
