The Zoo- After Hours

The monkeys called together all
Of the animals in the zoo.
There are tigers, giraffes, lions,
Lizards, zebras and rhinos too.

They have an enormous party
After the people have gone home.
This happens every single night
When the animals are on their own.

The tigers love chocolate ice cream,
Lizards always play with the skunk,
rhinos dance the waltz and tango,
While the monkeys always get drunk.

LOL... This would make a nice adult literacy book.... I couldn't stop laughing. I think more adults would learn to read it they had funny stories like this instead of...See Jane run. Run. Run. Run. I would say that it would make a fun children's read... but the monkeys would have to be sober then. And I like them drunk. I am laughing so much... (and I'm a non- drinker...even when I feel like one...) Great fun with this write. Love, Dane
