The Years

Start out with your whole life ahead of you. Young and youthful looking great ready to take on the world. Years of drinking and smoking butts hasn’t done much for you. Looking at photographs the other day I couldn’t believe how much you had aged. Feeling a bit sorry for you For the decisions you’ve made. Can’t believe you wasted your life this way. never having goals or ambitions. I bet it was a pretty lonely place. Will you ever change? Probably not, but that is what you want! I want to explore. I want to be someone someday. I want to travel to faraway lands. I want to dream! So please don’t take it away from me. Don’t tell me I am crazy Because everything I want I will achieve!!
