The World Needs You and Me

I woke up thismorning
couldn't believe what I saw
on the news again
20 or more so are now dead

What is happening to this world
what is happening to hummanity
what is happening to you
what is happening to me

So as we once again send our prayer's
across the globe
we should be asking ouself
what can we do to help

Our world is in crisis
and we are oblivious
if it's not happening in my back yard
then I am o.k

Wake up take a good look around
make the change
become the change

This world needs peace & love to heal
it needs us to come together as one
let go of your ego
let go of your greed
So we can all live free
of the evil
of which we feed...
