The World Ahead
THE WORLD AHEAD
One goes everywhere,
One sees everything,
But the cosiness of ones’ nest,
Is everywhere unseen.
Laughter and smile are still there,
But the hand of concern is nowhere.
I miss those days at home,
When the heart wanted to roam,
But now, when it has got the escape,
Then why am I not happy with the self chosen space?
The scolding of mom and the rebuke of dad,
Once a norm and now a sad song.
But life is what you make it,
So keeping all the personal attachments at stake,
Though my heart still wants to return to its nest,
To have a comfortable rest,
Yet life starts out of your comfort zone,
So move ahead and make yourself outshone.
