Changes in the Season bring delight with brightly coloured leaves, and the sweet-scented fragrance of flowers touches the heart, Spirit and Soul. The benefits of trees to the mind and body are like medicine and therapy. They rejuvenate and refresh, leaving you feeling a little less old and more in control.
