The Women of Yesterdays World

The zooming of cars
The beating of petals
All to go against the better metal.
Who would have thought it would come to this
All because of a girl sitting on the bench?
No one would believe the outcome,
If I were to win.
They would not stand because I wasn't a man.
They go against the opposite gender,
Only because they find the superiority
Is only within them .
They refuse to accept us as a whole,
When will they realize that their ways are old
And they aren't a piece of gold?
All they do is sustain us with standards,
To make us bow before them.
We as a woman can do anything!
We can throw a football and take a punch
For who does not believe this simple thing
Isn't it time for you
To step into our shoes
Not for you to take offense
Because hopefully you do not take into
Your own hands
Take into mind
What we used to deal with
For those of you who
Are cool and treat people right
I want to say thank you
With an open heart
