The Woman At the Well
God whispered into my ear one night
Woman thou art made clean
A new lease of life I have given thee
Like a tree that gives out new leaves
So shall your life be
And the fragrance of this life shall spread far and wide
To the dead and the lost and those around
And this tree that is planted by the water side
Forever shall it draw eternal life
And its leaves will never ever wither away
For the Angel of the Lord will guard it night and day
Thus the glory of God will shine through you
So that all that is written about you shall come true
