The Wish



I wish for a friend who would stay
I wish the sun would shine each day
	
I wish I knew what made me so blue
I wish there was something I could do

I wish that like a child I could play
I wish all the voices would go away

I wish I could hide from the hullabaloo 
I wish my smile was not always untrue 

I wish the pain would fly far faraway
I wish my lonely life could end today

Sometimes our wishes do come true 
With one step my mortal coil I now undo

Thanks for your words and the 7, sometimes it is hard but i have found some very kind special people here who lift me up every time i stumble.They are my blessing. Thanks Kim, I do write most every day but do not post a lot of what I write, just share with a few friends. i truely appreciate your concern and i will remember about soup mail. Take care of yourself. Kind generous people such as yourself are candles in ths dark world. Love Shane xxx
