The Windmiller's Guest
M'lady, wait
just you wait and see.
The wind plays roundabout
and likes to bluster showing sudden strength.
The windmiller
has studied the wind
and now he studies you.
Like the wind – he has little self-control.
So don't mistake
for one small moment
that this fine gentleman
did not your calling clearly plan at length.
Your first visit
his mischievous friend
will sweep you off your feet.
and overwhelm you – heart and mind and soul.
