The White Owl's Song

Solitary, alone
The night the light I seek
I thrive in shadows,
I live in quiet
Peace is better than pain

In cold I find warmth
In clouds I find sun
Mysterious, some would say
I use stars to guide my way

In doubt I find faith
In children I find wisdom
In fantasy I find fact
And in lies I find the truth

Solitary, alone
The night the light I seek
I thrive in shadows,
I live in quiet
For peace exists within pain.
