The Weeping Pool

  Surrounded by grief
  Sobbing into the weeping pool
  Caught in another's pain
  Tears running down my face
  Dripping like rain
  I live my grief
  Again
  And again
  Hoping his poems will end
  His wife long gone
  The pain he feels
  Rocks me to the end
As tears and years go by
  I must stop
  His poems must end
