I am a poet
A weaver of words
I'll bring you the sunshine
And the songs of the birds
I'll weave you a dream
With the words that I write
I'll take you away
To a land of delight
I'll weave you a story
Of a girl and a boy
A story of love
A story of joy
I'll take you away
I'll set you free
I'll give you contentment
If you'll follow me
Yes I am a poet
And I'm happy to
Weave a fine tapestry
Specially for you
So just read my verses
And open your mind
Then close your eyes
And a new world you'll find
