The Watchers

domesticated
thirty-something female
watches deep sea fishermen
battle with her demons

testosterone depleted husband
watches lions mating
in the Serengeti

orange fingers
stray to bite sized
edibles

child plays on a mat
with imaginary cat

a television replays
its family circle
