The War of 1969

There was a great war in 1969 Many died for no reason During all four of the seasons Shot and killed on the battle field I was the Demolition Man Disarming and arming All things that went BOOM The Bouncing Betty was my favorite She would bounce up high Then spread out wide Killing all within A safety pin was all I needed To disarm this beast a secret I had to keep But now shes obsolete The secret is out so all can see How to disarm Betty with just a safety pin This was for a contest but leave it to me I was to late, lol
