The War Marriage

the war marriage

as I watch them sit there
I see happiness
and life
thy remember the war
the blood thy shed
the blood that fell
she remember the being a nurse
she remembers seeing him
he lay there and not move
he was still and lifeliess thy thought
but agaian she checked and he was alive.

she had a tear in the eye
as it fell she was happy
she loved him and he loved her.

thy soon married and enjoyed the life thy have.

thy loved each other.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
