The War
everyday i count the time you've been away
everyday i listen to what you say
everyday my heart wants to play
everyday my hand need a gent al touch
everyday what i ask for, its not much
everyday i count the time
everyday i find words that rhyme
everyday my seconds move so slow
everyday you are safe, this i know
everyday together we grow
everyday i am in love
everyday, peaceful like a dove
everyday i look into your eyes
everyday i wonder when
everyday i pray
everyday its not you
everyday a phone call
everyday our love is true
everyday my heart is at peace
everyday my life is at ease
everyday i want you home
everyday i add to this poem
someday you will be
someday, home safe with me
