The Waiting Kiss

Your intense gaze penetrates into my heart seeing through my tattered tee
Those hazel eyes could crush a man and make him feel as insignificant as a grain of sand on the
beach
But the warmth and kindness behind them makes me melt and reminds me of the inner beauty
you share with me
The Kiss Waits
Your smile radiates and brightens the darkest corners of the room
Numbingly red luscious lips tease and beg to be kissed yet still scream of sophisticated elegance
The golden brown strands of silk that graze your face could be used to make a tapestry on a
loom
The Kiss Waits
I long to brush the hair out of your face and kiss you, but your eyes say WAIT
A burning passion in my heart desires to be one with you through the saving grace of a KISS
Your heart longs for the kiss to come, the moment is coming, it is never late
The KISS Waits
A KISS can be common, a KISS can be simple, a KISS can be insignificant, yet a KISS with you
is MAGICAL and INTESNSE a complex showing of feelings and affection
It could only last a moment but the effects linger FOREVER
