The Voices In Her Head

The voices in her head
The voices in her head
Here she lies
Trapped in this place

Till she dies
She is trapped in a deep and dark abyss
This isn’t a fairy tale, she can’t be awakened by true love's kiss
Someone has trapped her there

They went so low
Not a single voice out there that would say “hello”?
Or maybe it’s just her.
Everything she’s thinking right now is just a blur

But the voices in her head
The voices in her head
Wishing and hoping she’d be dead
Seeing her future slip from her hands

Sent shivers down her spine
I think this is the difference between your mind.
And mine.
But the voices in her head

The voices in her head
The voices in her head lead to dread
Then bloodshed that is red all because of
The voices in her head

It’s slowly killing her.
It eats away at her until she is empty from the inside out
She wanted things to be different without a doubt
But.

The voices in her head
The voices in her head
She’s committed the crime
Never truly knowing

What she was worth.
