Listen to the voice in you
And it will tell you what to do
Shake the burden off your head
And meditate upon your bed
Listen carefully to the voice inside you
And it will guide you, it is the voice
That speaks the truth, it is the voice
That will redeem you from your
Battered youth, head strong
Weak heart, head strong and
Broken hands you are going to
Need a helping hand. Check the
Rate of your Heart beat it is
Running a marathon down the street
Listen to the voice inside you
And live the truth that is buried within
And it will teach you how to live
Listen to the voice inside you
And you will wear a brand new pair of shoe
The voice in you is all that you need to guide you
