The Visitor From Hell
A visitor will soon
arrive
To interrupt my
simple life
Causing me a lot of
pain
There is nothing
much to gain
When "she" comes and
doesn't leave
Putting me through
so much grief
I don't know why
this cruel joke is
played
Getting worse day
after day
Torture, misery,
distress
"She" gives me these
and nothing less
Suffering because I
know
I can't stop the
steady flow
Aches, torment and
agony
Is everything "she"
gives to me
Sticking with me
year to year
I get a very scary
fear
As the time comes
for this visit
I can't pray or even
wish it
Not to create all
this havoc
I'm not the only one
who has it
Every woman who is
born
Gets ripped apart,
even torn
With severeness
every month
Making us bloat,
cramp and munch
For three to five
steady days
Grateful when it
goes away
