The Visitor

You’ve got a visitor coming Soon he’ll be right at your door When there; he’ll knock very gently No way to know what’s in store No one else can answer his knock You’re the one he needs to see He’ll say I’ve got great news for you You’ll be leaving here with me I’m not going with you; you say I’m going to stay here at home The body your in, will stay here As it’s only skin and bone It’s your soul that must come with me Your work on this earth is done This day you’ll be with the Father And in heaven with his son
