The Vanishing Bird

Fair maiden tell me where art thou from?
Silently thou comes and returns
Saying not a word yet mesmerizing all
Thy beauty once hidden from the King now revealed
As thou walks in splendor and grace
Like a gush of fresh wind thy presence cools our flaring hearts
Suddenly vanishing without a trace
A knowing smile, a slip of the eye, a mysterious nightingale come and gone
