The Vacation
Ocean waves lapped leisurely at the shore
Rolling in and tickling the pebbled sands
Laughing children squealed happily for more
Splashing each other with their feet and hands
Circling seagulls soared lazily above
On trade winds seemingly close to the sun
Parents gazed upon their children with much love
Joining them in their gleeful summer fun
They built sand castles - a total of three
This trip was definitely - they agreed
The best holiday for their family
It fulfilled for them all, their every need
They’ll come back again they already planned
To bask in God’s glory – this serene land
