The Unseemly Beautiful

When looked upon by others they turn away for your face is very unseemly to them But when my eyes look upon you I see nothing but beauty, because indeed you are beautiful For you shine so very bright that the sun itself must turn aside from you Your are indeed loved for I am in love with you For in my eyes you are beautiful But for others who see you otherwise are just blind so you need not worry with them. But now as for you, you have many looking upon your face, for it is to them a God And you will not turn them away and nether will they turn away from you For you have put them under your spell which can not be broken But as I looked upon what was said to be so great I saw nothing It is as if all the emptiness in the world could be found in your heart And your face I found most detestable and I became sick and could not bare to look upon it any longer No beast could compare with what I saw because no beast is that horrid For you are so full of darkness that you yourself cause night to fall before its time, upon yourself and upon all those who follow you into the darkness for they too are blind and like wise you will become just like them And that is why I will never love you.
