The Unknown Hero

Sometimes doctors don't understand
Even then don't have a plan

Cross their fingers and hope for the best
When someone's life is put to the test

On the outside everything looks fine
As negative thoughts control the mind

Don't want to put the family to shame
Trying so hard to mask the pain

Its nothing serious they say
But the suffering doesn't go away

The war on depression has begun
Many battles have already been won

Never wanting to make a fuss
Much stronger than the rest of us

The champion that no one sees
Fights to conquer negativity

Yes heroes come and heroes go
Yet this one most don't even know

I admire this nice poem, thoughtful and great in rhymin. I tink belief in the one true God can cure depression. My mom cured a lady's depression with Quran and bringing her close to religion. Pls do review my latest poem.
