The Unknown Can Be Known If Shown

Unknown Can Be Known If Shown Before your eyes with no disguise. Standing before you as open as one can be. Still you are unknown to me as I am to you. Waiting to initiate a conversation, hesitating on the words. For the walls have not been laid to waste away, to see you. Just a mirage of what I thought you truly were. Visioning a beauty from a far, a rising star, leading me to a continuous journey to where you are. Not wanting to be strangers, but it appears that there is so much danger, so much unease. Tease with the imagery of what is your presence , while words are no longer true. Leaving us to stand alone, when you are no longer shown, how unknown you are to me and I to you. Darius Howard
