The Universal Dream

The Universal Dream

All the world indeeds a stage we are just the players
Filter through your mind so sublime it erupts
The thick debris that clogs are thoughts can't be retrieved
We sought an excursion pressed to the actual norm
No one questions anymore just minature soldiers in our own dirt war
Those school book teachings that we learned so very sweet
As a caged barbaric warrior haunting at the end of the street
Love should be the true essence of one's inner existence
We fought back the silence by sheding a single tear
The human heart is opened road waiting to be explored
A tug at the heart shall light the inner spark of what I'm waiting for
The love does know how a beautiful flower does grow
Many have chosen a path of least resistance on their journey's plight
We walk on egg shells only to be exposed by the elements
Hence the vast opened door and the willingness to explore
Also many equate logic in place of fear the time is drawing near
For all logic to be exposed in what the true craft is looking for
The universal dream will expose the lie that claims I am what I do
Perhaps I have bitten off far more then I could ever chew
A tree is waiting to be tapped at the edge of the stream
We can claim we are the best yet wind up far to short
Look to the sun to help you get by very often it's in a substance
Many today hide behind the false garb of compromise
Destiny is calling can't we see through all those lies
The universal dream is left to the individual in which to decide their fate
