The Unforgettable One
You know you had a arduous day,
you know it's like everyday.
But what's that bringing a smile on your face?
Is it her face that makes your day?
For you every step is the last one,
but you see her and keep moving,
just heading towards your fate.
She turns around & looks strangely,
but you see an angel with an elysian face.
You are a famous hero,
starring in a "Romantic Bollywood movie".
The eyes get glimpse of her coiled hair,
so that you are lost in whimsical lanes.
She has got that white scarf tied on her waist,
driving you towards triggers of death.
Heart's pounding,slowly saying,
"Haven't you been warned, darling?"
You saw her for first time,
thinking you searched her for centuries.
You know it was the first time
And she was the one--the unforgettable one.
Soon there's a buzz among your friends,
the whispers you never got to know.
And you get the shock of your life,
your friends are nobody less than spies.
You get to know her name,
you get to know her address.
Now everytime she pops up
there are screams of your name.
Lips turned into a smile but you hide,
hiding like a criminal hiding his crime.
So you followed her the other day,
on the staircase just where you met.
You saved her life from the open laces,
saying thanks she smiles at you,
but you are stupid enough to say hi!
You know it was the first time
And she was the one--the unforgettable one.
