The Undesirable

A smile hides the truth, Shrouding the feelings of others. But the dark cover is transparent: The truth still surrounds the undesirable, Shoving, wounding, crushing. Only wanted when it’s convenient. Never good enough their own merit, Except when their few talents are desired. Screaming into the void, like the lone wolf’s cry, But deaf ears are turned to the desperation. Will the undesirable ever be healed?
