Death is the ultimate equalizer,
it can't be bribed, bullied, or corrupted.
And it's an impartial sympathizer
when all your hopes and dreams are disrupted
and pain progresses uninterrupted.
Who would want monsters to live forever
with no consequences for damage done?
To create change, death's the only lever
that can move time forward for everyone,
and it’s mother nature's favorite son.
In the shadowy mystic depths of death,
faith births the promise of eternal peace.
And when we finally breathe our last breath;
we'll either realize our soul's release
or our self-awareness will simply cease.
