The Truth Hurts Man...

My love is an intransigent being
Though I love him more each day
I'd love him even more though
If he let me choose my own life's way

He tells me that he loves me
I tell him how I care
We love eachother dearly
Though theres something hes unaware

For all of those lovely kisses
And for all the lovely hugs
There is always something lingering
The thought of foreign drugs

Though his thoughts are somtimes subtle
Or thats what he likes to think
The thoughts are always there
And push me to the brink

My love is an intransigent being
though I love him more each day
I'd love him even more though
If he'd let me choose my own life's way
