The Truth About Fairy Tales

The Truth About Fairy Tales

Original stories
Told a million times
Parents comforting their babies
Tales of princesses and heroes
Always with a message of how to behave
The true stories became hidden by time
Written by those with dark imaginations
Horror stories meant to frighten children
The stories are just waiting to be read
Not the things of a fairy tales
Stories made up of death and violence
Lying, cheating and stealing
Cleaned up so not to offend
They last and are told and retold
The originals are what the stories were meant to be
The true depiction of another world
If only they would be read
