The Truth

I can't deny that I love you
I can't deny that I care

But when I need you the most
You are nowhere near

You claim that you love me
You say that you care

But when it comes to certain things
You don't like to share

You're like a leaf in the wind or a cloud in the sky
You flirt around with everyone but with me you're shy

You're character is cunning and a bit undercover
I still don't have a clue as to who you truly are

We take two steps forward then one step back
I wonder if we break-up would I ever take you back

I can't deny that I love you
I can't deny that I care

But there are some things in life I just cannot share
