The Truth

As I sit and wonder what did I do, Captive me the animal locked in this zoo, Ahh! the truth if they only new, How I imagine their corpses rotting and blue, Twisted, even mangled leaving their faces askew, never again to live no starting anew, Your reward, your life is through, That's right its over for you

A warm welcome to poetry Soup. We are not our body Jay. It is just the vehicle we use while our souls are on earth. Our real home awaits our return. Blessings, Connie
