The Tree of Hope

I tell myself every day to plant a tree of hope in my backyard that would eventually bear fruits of love on which birds will sing songs of happiness and bees will hum to the hymn of life This tree of my hope will bloom flowers of wishes and will have squirrels of care scurrying up and down and beneath it, I want to sit on my harshest day when the sun is blazing forth, And On my darkest of days, when the clouds are pouring drops, When my heart is sick and has a gap of love, I wish to stay under this little hope of mine and taste its fruit to heal it all. My tree, My secret tree.
