The Town Hall

Deep concern across the land, respect is all but gone
protesters attack, harass, all night until the dawn
Looking closely, feeling pain, no such thing as fair
doesn't happen, in your face, shut you down they swear

Simple rally, Town Hall meeting, chance for all to speak
danger from the Leftists, the right goes silent, (meek)
The hate you see that's on the left, won't let you say a word
saying nothing that makes sense, their reasoning so absured

Secretly the hate and fear they're taught behind the scenes
must zero in against the right, cause panic (any means)
Training hard to learn the ways (so no one gets a say)
another meeting sabotaged, they've really earned their pay

Word comes down from Marxis left, things heating up again
cause more pain and suffering, inflict harm if you can
Must be proud, you've taught them well, (your kids, they learn from you)
so young they learned the hate you share, to them it's nothing new

They will practice in their schools and Bully if they can
they will learn to use a weapon, they'll start out with a pen
Because of what you teach them, they may not learn to cry
someone yelling help me please, they'll ask you (Mommy why?)

Back to Town Hall meeting now, America knows what's best
soon they will protect the speakers, make a real arrest
Drawing numbers at the door (three minutes) say your gripe
crowd control? might work for some, eliminate the hype

Start the meeting say the pledge, oops hit a sore spot there
American Flag they "won't" respect (not colors that they share)
Masks and hoods to hide "ID" won't leave their prints behind
there's plenty more just like them, does "scumbag" come to mind?

Stop and think of all the cash, that's spent to ruin our land
protesters, "you owe me" marchers, each day, a new demand
The Clinton lovers can't believe, (that loss it really hurt)
half the country voted hard, the other half inert

A President that they can't buy, the people are the key
workers with no hands held out, they ask for nothing free
Lots of others on the rolls, their gravy train will end
Lotto Tickets, Big Flat Screens, X-Box (their old friend)

They think that work's an allergy, (I'm sick that's all I need)
another Marxis comes along, "just there" to plant the seed
Believing everything is free "you owe me is their aim"
taxpayers, (the working ones) are those that take the blame

Replacement for Obama care? It could be just as bad
bailing out Insurance Co's (maybe we've been had)
Look at all the lazy ones they'll get Insurance Free
just like all the other stuff, they're given "yesiree"

Entitlements? A bunch of bull, most people can't apply
unless you wear "Obama" shoes, no reaching for the sky
Their hero's gone (not out of mind) he's quietly trying to lead
his followers will ruin our land, his goal? (oh yes indeed)

Undermine the Government, they'll trash it from within
the workers from Obamas reign, think sabotage will win
It isn't just the Middle Class, it's all those working hard
got tired supporting freeloaders, and now they are on guard

It takes a lot of courage just to stand for what is right
our Government neglected all those Taxpayers and their plight
The time has come for all of us to truly stand as one
together pray we do our best, to right the wrongs they've done.....
                                                        Pete Yuhas
