The Thought That Burst In Tears

You look so beautiful
So angelic
So majestic
I could never take that away from you
So I may as well stop trying

You look so beautiful
So perfect
So pure
But you don't think of yourself this way
None of us think of ourselves this way

You look so beautiful
So radiant
So free
Just take the blinders off your eyes
And see how close we truly are

To each other

Perhaps the "English visionary" is the "master" to whom you referred earlier. Others always see us differently than we do ourselves. Do you remember the first time you heard your own voice on tape? Were you surprised by the way you sounded? It's the same with how we perceive our physical appearance. Anorectics think they're fat; of course, they're starving themselves to improve the way they think they should look. Excellent verse, Yoni. Love, Carolyn
