The Tears In Our Eyes

Time to go and fight with all your might
See them off into the night
Tears are flowing anguish and concern
On TV the car's that have burned
The young wait for there return
Missing Mom or Dad feeling pretty sad
Holiday's just aren't the same
War it's a crying shame
It's so hard for them to see
What's the task?
Understanding the pain
See the country acting so insane
Wondering who's to blame?
War it's a crying shame
No one wins on either side
Soldier's leave and Mother's cry
Some return with missing limbs
Lives are ruined families torn apart
God help this world make a new start
War it's a crying shame
