The Sunny Side of Skunks

After I thunk and I thunk and I thunk
I thought of something good about skunks
They eat grubs which ruin your yard

'Course, the skunks dig your lawn up first
      Never mind ~ Kindly disregard

I enjoyed reading this Gershon. Your poems always make day. :-D On first reading your verse I thought it may be leading up to something along these lines... I thunk and I thunk and I thunk. What to do, I've been sprayed by a skunk? For days I stunk and I stunk. That nasty rotten skunk! Your light verse inspired me Lol :-) I've never been sprayed by one but our poor dog was once a target.

I think I'd welcome the skunks. The armadillos really do a number in our flowerbeds!

But what else are armadillos for anyway?! By the way, which number do armadillos do in your flowerbeds, Jeff?! ~ The Count

A little skunk came up to me, and lift its tail I thought to pee. It wasn't pee that he pissed out. He smiled and yelled, Look Out! It was too late, too late for me. as I was soaked, and couldn't breathe! I really Stunk, right where I stood. The laughing Stock, of my Neighborhood.... How was your day Gershon? Lol.
