The Sunken Girl

You're smile kept me afloat on the ocean, casting my fears away, but little did I know, you were not mine to stay. Our topic of love was exciting, as you wiped every tear. But, you shot through my heart with a harpoon gun at start. But as you made sure to fumble with my hair, fixing every single curl, you whispered the words, "I like another girl."
